We really enjoyed staying at Studio A. There are cafés and restaurants nearby, the area generally felt safe, and there’s a Ministop right outside. The staff and security were some of the friendliest people ever. Our studio was clean and nice, with a pool, gym and roof deck that has a study space and great city views. We couldn't use the gym, but the pool and roof deck were well kept. Our Airbnb faced east toward a new building site, so there was a lot of noise during the day. The room view wasn't the best either, and the taller tower blocks part of the view from the roof deck.

There are a lot of beggars at the Ministop on the ground floor, and the Ministop employees are tolerating them being inside the store. The building is near a squatter's area.

The parking area is a bit cramped and construction is still going on in part of the place, but it's still a good place to stay overall. It's priced about the same as most condos nearby. There's a good place to work or study, a small gym that's complete enough, and a pool. Seems suited to students or professionals studying or working in the katipunan area.
