The pool was the best part of our stay. My kids loved it, and we spent about two hours a day there. It’s small, but clean and well looked after. I did wish there had been a pool attendant to keep an eye on activities. We were surprised when an adult baptism by immersion suddenly started while we were swimming. I think those events should happen privately, so the ceremony isn’t interrupted and other guests can enjoy the pool without disruption. I was looking for a hotel close to our ancestral home and was glad to find this one. It’s definitely budgetarian, but the amenities are better than those at most budgetarian hotels I’ve tried. We booked the “Barkada Room” with two double beds. It was fine for sleeping, which was all we planned to do indoors. The pillows and linen were soft. Blackout curtains kept the sunlight out, but the windows didn’t block traffic noise, so we heard lots of vehicles passing. The CR was clean and came with complementary toiletries. There were no foot rugs, though, so the floor got wet and messy. It has a Japanese bidet, which is uncommon, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The TV only had cable, with no Netflix or YT. We appreciated the complementary water bottles in the fridge and the hallway water dispensers. There was also a small safety box for our gadgets and valuables. The AC worked well, and the ceiling fan helped ventilate the room when the AC got too cold. Some fixtures and furniture need maintenance: closing the CR door took force, the hangers were broken, and the TV screen protector was nearly falling off. The elevator floor was often wet. I think guests should be told to take the stairs when coming out of the pool, since a wet elevator floor could be hazardous for seniors and kids. The front desk staff said there was one parking space per booked room. Visitors were allowed until 10 PM, which gave our relatives and friends time to stop by and chat. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, with restaurants, lifestyle corners, drug stores, hospitals, and convenience stores just a short distance away. The amenities may be budgetarian, but the hospitality was exceptional, like at a luxury hotel. Staff handled our requests, greeted us whenever they saw us, and made sure we were comfortable. I definitely recommend it for a quick trip around Dahlia and West Fairview.

The room and pool were the best parts of our small birthday celebration with friends. The room was tidy and cozy, with enough space to decorate a little. They wouldn’t let us stick balloons to the wall, which was understandable. The staff and interns were polite and easy to approach, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the clean, nice pool.

We stayed on the fifth floor and really enjoyed our vacation here in the Philippines. My siblings especially love swimming, so we had a great, relaxing stay. We’ll definitely come back to Pacific Park. Some staff in white polos helped us very well, which we appreciated. The problem was the front desk wasn’t very approachable. Our visitors arrived by car around 7:30 pm and asked about paid parking. They were given a form to fill out, but nobody told them beforehand that payment was only accepted through GCash. That caused delays and hassle. The front desk staff member they spoke with wasn’t friendly at all.

The staff were attentive, and the place was impressively clean. The sheets need an upgrade, though, and the towels were thin with visible marks. Still, it’s a nice place to stay.

We found a bloodstain on the bedsheet as soon as we entered the room. Are new sheets really out of the budget? I don’t understand the four-star rating, and the photos are nothing like what we saw. We’re waiting for the staff to change the bedding, but they can’t give us another room. This has been my worst experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
