The staff were pleasant and the service was pretty good, but the room had several problems. Water dripped from the ceiling, so I had to ask for a bucket, and the sheets and linens were stained. Noise from activities outside also made it hard to get comfortable and rest.

The rooms were clean and decent, with air conditioning and a water heater in each one. Customer service was good, and it's a convenient choice for a night. I did spot a cockroach on the wall, though, and the blacklight showed what looked like stains on the sheets and blanket.

Our room was spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. It's close to SM North, Trinoma, and train stations, and the price was really good. Getting to the hotel on the top floor meant climbing what felt like 50 steps, which got tiring. Some lights in our room didn't work, and the towels looked old.

The bathroom water pressure was good, the heater worked, and having cable TV was better than having no channels. Breakfast was basic, just a hotdog and egg, and although you can ask for it early, they normally start serving at 6 a.m. The room was spacious but felt gloomy. The pillows and towels looked old and dirty, though the rest was okay. It was just so-so, and I've had better stays at other RedDoorz hotels. Don't expect too much.

The staff were nice, and the hygiene kit was a nice touch. The rates were reasonable for a long stay, though they change based on the day and room type. In my room the shower head didn't work properly, which is why I gave it four stars.
