The room was spacious and the rate was very affordable. The beds only fit one person each. Cleanliness was alright apart from the towels, which were heavily stained. I hope they can do something about those.

Cockroaches were everywhere, even during the day, and at night I saw about ten times as many 🪳. The aircon was really noisy, like it was making a cockroach smoothie. Apart from that, it was fine for one night.

We liked being able to walk or take a trike to places like the Araneta, even though the neighborhood felt rough. There’s a laundry shop next door, the lift is useful, security is good, and the service was excellent. It wasn't too noisy in the evening, though the daytime could get loud. The room looked clean but didn't smell that way, and neither did the linens. The cleaner used a dirty mop and basahan, then left the toilet brush beside the sink where we kept our things, including toothbrushes. The toilet floor gets wet because of its design. There was nowhere to put luggage or other belongings, so everything had to stay on the floor. We also found small cockroaches. The AC was noisy, the bed uncomfortable, and the blanket thin.

The location's good and the place is quiet, with strong wifi. It seems newly furnished, and the towels were clean. A few things to know: the TV didn't work, there were no hooks or hangers anywhere in the room, and no soap was provided. The 10pm curfew and the no-visitors rule felt restrictive. The 1k security deposit is also a major thing to consider when booking.
