The staff were friendly and attentive. They brought extra towels right away, fixed the broken king bed after I reported it, and tidied the room. I also told them on short notice that I don't eat pork, and they did their best to adjust breakfast. It was tasty, with vegetables, rice, and eggs, and they left out the pork. The pillows are very soft, so I'd suggest four for better support. The bed was okay but sat very low, and could use another two to four inches of height. I stayed January 5 to 7th 2026. The hotel is extremely dated, like stepping back to 1950, and there's no wheelchair access. The threshold in the room is high too, so wheelchair users shouldn't come. It's fairly quiet, though. If I owned it, I'd renovate one room at a time or add a new hotel on top, install an elevator and ramps for people who can't walk, and charge a bit more for remodeled rooms. I'd make them large and spacious, with smart 60 or 70 inch TVs, cable, and English, Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese channels.

The beds were clean and the air conditioners worked well, with quiet split units in many rooms. Still, the place is old, dirty, and badly in need of renovation. The carpets, including the ones in the rooms, were so disgusting I wouldn't want to touch them barefoot. For a budget hotel it isn't even that cheap, and there are better places nearby for a similar price. This was in September 2025. I wouldn't bring a girlfriend or family here unless it were just for one night.

There's a lot that needs fixing and refreshing. The hotel is in poor condition, with disgusting floor carpet and many broken things, including the bathroom door, electrical outlet, toilet bowl, faucet, and shower.

Rooms are nice and clean, with separate doors for the shower and toilet. The beds are comfy and the staff are friendly. I'll definitely come back.
