OYO 406 Royal Parc Inn & Suites

We've stayed here several times, but this visit was easily the worst. My partner and I got itchy all over and developed small patches, so we started wondering how clean the bedding was. There were brown marks and hair on the sheets, even on the sheet underneath, and we couldn't tell whether the bedding had been changed properly. The restroom rag wasn't clean either, and there were no slippers. We've usually chosen this hotel because it's affordable. Please make sure the sheets are clean and free of hair, and provide slippers for guests.

There are so many cockroaches here, it's practically a cockroach kingdom, and the insects make people's skin itch. I hope the hotel disinfects the whole building to get rid of them and cleans or replaces the mattress, because the bed is so dirty.

The rooms are very old, and even the sheets and pillowcases have holes. They need some care. I can see staying here if you get back to the Manila bus station from Banaue at 3am and just need to sleep for a few hours, but that's about the only reason.

The room is small compared with some others, but it's good for the price. Staff were polite and took care of all my needs and concerns. There's a lot of garbage around the neighboring area, but getting to the LRT and EDSA is easy, which is enough for me.
