Solaire Resort North

The kids spent hours enjoying the well-maintained playplace and pool, which were the highlights of our family staycation. You don’t have to gamble to enjoy this casino hotel. It’s also easy to get around without a car or taxi, since several malls are within walking distance for shopping or a meal outside the hotel. A convenient family-friendly place in the city, with a mix of luxury for adults and fun for children.

The food court has been worth trying every time, even with the wait, and my child is happiest at the water park and kids club. I also got to unwind at the spotless wellness spa. This was our fifth visit to Solaire North, and it’s still our family’s favorite. As a parent, I appreciate how clean and organized the place feels, and how welcoming and accommodating the staff are. We feel valued and comfortable here, and keep looking forward to a return for family time, rest, and peace of mind.

Breakfast was fine, with a nice spread, and we were seated quickly. There was free valet parking, and the location was great. Check-in took about ten minutes in line, which was okay. We were also approved for a one-hour late checkout, until 1pm, and got a free ice cream voucher, though the queue meant we couldn’t use it. The checkout situation was frustrating. At 12:20pm, a staff member came to our room and said checkout was at noon. I explained that check-in had approved 1pm, but he stayed and showed me a phone or tablet with noon listed for our room. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was a first, so we went downstairs to check out to avoid any issue. There was another line, which was fine, but two women went straight to the desks and reception served them ahead of everyone waiting.

The pool was clean and relaxing, and worked well for either a morning swim or an afternoon break. I also found the fitness center well equipped, while the dining had plenty of tasty choices. Breakfast stood out for its fresh, flavorful food and attentive service. Solaire Resort North made a strong impression from arrival, with a warm welcome, efficient check-in, and friendly, attentive staff throughout. The resort’s modern design alongside natural surroundings gave it a peaceful, elegant feel. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and modern, well-kept amenities. The balcony view made coffee in the morning and winding down at night especially nice. Getting to attractions and shopping was easy. The comfort, service, and quality all exceeded what I expected. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone after a high-quality resort stay.
