It's in the city, but there is a curfew. The gate closes at 10pm and opens again around 5-6am.

I picked this place for a quick stay in Roxas City, Capiz. It has a quaint, home-like feel that's really relaxing. The staff were accommodating, and it's close to the airport.

The owner and staff were the friendliest and most accommodating. Our first room had a faulty AC and TV, but they moved us right away when we asked. They also told us our tricycle ride to the hotel had been overpriced. The service is part of what makes the place charming. Thank you.

The staff were courteous, which was the only real redeeming point for me. I booked through Agoda because it was dirt cheap, but I didn't feel I got my money's worth. It's a haphazard motel, and I wouldn't recommend it to solo travelers, backpackers, or families with small children. Don't book the fan room. The water pressure was weak, the toilet had no flush, and the pail had a hole that leaked. The mattress and sheet were uncomfortable, the floor was dusty, and the window had no screen, so bring insect repellent. The neighborhood felt sketchy, and you might have to walk through slums to get there.
