Sky Garden Hotel

The location is excellent, and everything about our stay was satisfactory. We got a proper long rest, the beds and pillows were great, and the staff were efficient and quick to take care of what we needed. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. My husband and I stayed from March 9 to 11,2026. From our first step inside, ms jeanne, Mr jemar and Ms elsa made us feel welcome with their warmth and friendliness. They also made our visita Iglesias trip easier and more interesting. We’re so grateful for the lovely experience on our first visit to Roxas city. Our hearts are full from the joy of it. We fell in love with Roxas city, it’s beautiful, safe, and peaceful. We’ll definitely come back to Sky garden hotel and staff. Thanks a lot. ANGELITO and CELSA De Guzman

Renovations are underway, including work on the Sky garden at the rooftop, to make stays more enjoyable. We had a comfortable stay in spacious, clean rooms, and there’s plenty of parking. The decor has a timeless elegance, and the location in the heart of Roxas City makes it good value for the budget.

The listing calls this a RedDoorz property, but there were no signs of the brand or its service standards. The Trip com listing felt very deceptive, especially since there’s an actual RedDoorz property across the street. The room was large and the AC worked, though it was noisy. Rain water flooded the floor, the toilet had been clogged by previous guests, there was no TV remote or shampoo, and the street-facing rooms were extremely loud. The surroundings were horrible, with no cafe or restaurants nearby. Roxas has no proper public transport, just thousands of very loud tricycles. The seafood offerings were shabby, with nothing fresh or original. This is the worst place I’ve visited in the Philippines so far, and I hope I never have to return. Total letdown.

The room was clean and cheap, so it’s okay for one night, but I wouldn’t spend a vacation here. The hotel seems past its best days and could use renovation. The beds were crooked, the bathroom door handle was nearly coming off, and both the floor and furniture were damaged. The TV didn’t work, but that didn’t really bother us.
