The Hotel Elizabeth Resort and Villas

We got to the hotel around 9 in the morning and were lucky to be allowed an early check-in. The resort is easy to reach from the seaside, and the clear pools and beautiful, peaceful atmosphere made it relaxing. The staff were generally nice, though the hospitality could still improve. The food was disappointing for a luxury property costing more than 15,000 a night. My husband’s burger came on a fragile bun that fell apart without a knife, and the patty barely tasted like ground meat and was too heavily seasoned. The fries were only half-cooked and came without ketchup. My carbonara came with toasted bread but no butter. At breakfast around 9 AM, the buffet was right under the ventilation system, so the food got cold very quickly. We enjoyed the peaceful place itself, but for what we paid, the food experience wasn't worth it. Food matters a lot at a luxury resort, and I hope they improve it so we can have a better visit next time.

The rooms were very clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and made sure I had what I needed. Hotel Elizabeth was a comfortable, stress-free place to stay in San Vicente. Its location made it easy to explore, while the hotel still felt quiet and relaxing when I returned. A reliable choice for enjoying the nearby beautiful beaches. I’d definitely come back.

We had a great time on the ATV at long beach, and the staff gave us impeccable service. The room was amazing, with a super comfortable bed and a shower that felt like a dream. There’s a pool upstairs, as well as one where the suites are. A lovely place to spend time with family and loved ones. We’ll be back. Kudos to the staff, and thank you!

The staff made our stay unforgettable. Everyone, from Management to the front lines, was attentive, professional and genuinely friendly. They brought our vision to life with a breathtaking romantic dinner on the beach for our One-Year Wedding Anniversary last December 2025, and made us feel truly celebrated. The meals were delicious too, especially the chocolate cake. The Villa’s location and views are world-class. We can’t thank the whole team enough and are already looking forward to visiting again.
