These family-run apartments are a nice middle-range option. The rooms are clean and have AC, hot water, and basic wi-fi. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them 100%.

The tropical décor was a lovely touch, and the staff were really helpful. It’s close to the vendors and a great base for Sabang Beach, which I’d happily visit again. At $26 a night, with air conditioning, it was a bed and a place to stay. If you’re after a five star hotel, expect to pay five star prices.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. There’s no wifi, but plenty of places nearby have it. The air conditioning was decent, and the shower ran cold, though in 40-degree heat that wasn’t a problem.

The power situation in the area means places rely on generators, so the air conditioning only ran from 6PM to 7AM. That worked fine for us since we headed out early for tours and got back late. The terms were flexible, and they helped arrange our PPUR, Zipline, and Mangrove adventures. It’s also near the van and bus terminal.

The room was clean, and the owners were so friendly. We loved the tasty breakfast and had a fantastic lunch too, with the best fish we ate in the whole Philippines 😜. The little hotel is right in front of the pier for the Underground River. Thank you 🙏, we loved it and would happily stay there again.
