We arrived on December 24th and hadn't expected to find a room, but Igorot Inn had space for our family. It suited us well. It's an inn, so don't expect luxuries like TV or Wi-Fi. The room was cozy and spacious, with a stunning mountain view, pine wood sofa and coffee table, and plenty of room for my toddler to run around. The bed fit me, my partner, and our 4-year-old son comfortably, and there was an extra bed for my mother. Sagada gets wonderfully cold at night, so I slept better than I had in a while without a fan or A/C. The location was handy for visiting Ganduyan Museum on foot, and Slabhouse Café and Restaurant is just across the road. We also had our Noche Buena buffet at Masferre Country Inn and Restaurant, which was fantastic. Parking in front of Igorot Inn is limited, but there are designated spaces in the town center, a short walk away. Many places close by 9 PM, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. The tourism office can point you to lots of hiking spots. Sagada has no fast food chains or malls, but there's nature, welcoming locals, scenic hikes, and breathtaking views. It's a peaceful break from the city. Igorot Inn is an affordable, comfortable option for families or barkadas who want simple, cozy lodging and a taste of quiet mountain life.
