The included breakfast was much more generous than we expected, with delicious, high-quality food that went well beyond basic options. The pool was clear and looked well cared for, too. For such affordable rates, the quality really surprised us. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend here. The place was spacious enough for a long walk in the morning or afternoon, and both the grounds and pools were clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and there were plenty of tasty choices on the menu. The only issue we reported was a broken sliding shower door.

The staff made this weeklong family stay especially memorable. From arrival to departure, the KCR team greeted us warmly, chatted with us, and helped with whatever we needed. We’d definitely come back. I Love KCR. We came during the busy holiday season, booked several rooms thanks to the central location, and used two event rooms for Christmas and a family reunion. The facilities were busy with three or four events a day, including lots of weddings, but the rooms, backdrops, decorations, and finishing touches were all great. Food was a highlight throughout the week. Breakfast was included each day, and we could have it in the restaurant or in our room. We also ate lunch and dinner there and grabbed snacks in the videoke rooms. Having come from the States, we were craving Filipino food, and it delivered. I switched between Daing Ng Bangus, San Carlos Longanisa, Pork Tocino, and Beef Tapas for breakfast. Everything was cooked well, the eggs were just right for me, and the garlic rice was full of flavor. We also really liked the Kaldereta and Lechon. The two pools worked well for our family. We used the public pool, which gets daytime visitors, and the smaller, more private pool for paying guests. The kids had fun on the slides while the adults relaxed in the smaller pool. Our rooms were right by the pool, so it was easy to go for a swim. The rooms themselves weren’t anything special, and the TV never really worked for us. The massages were excellent, though. I got a deep tissue massage that was so intense I nearly had to tap out a couple of times, but I felt great afterward. The videoke rooms were fantastic and seemed brand new, having been built within the past year. The sound and music were great, and having 30 family members singing together in one room was one of my favorite moments. The convenience store was useful, especially for picking up ice cream after a hot trip outside the resort. I just wish it stayed open later, since we sometimes got back after it had closed.

I only visited the pool area. Admission is 150 for adults and 100 for children under 4 feet. A medium-sized cottage costs 750. There’s free parking and no corkage fee. They have a restaurant, though I’d suggest bringing your own food.

The location is nice, and our Phase 2 room was spacious and close to the pool. Still, there were only two monoblock chairs in the room, so I hope they add more based on how many guests it can hold. The resort sign was hard to see, and the dark area behind the Phase 2 building made me anxious. Security kept asking whether we were booked; it might help if they noted the license plates of guests’ cars. After a tiring trip, I asked to have breakfast brought to us, but the staff member didn’t seem happy to serve it, and the food didn’t taste good. I gave the resort four stars because our parents like it and have been booking it.
