The room was nice, and the bed was clean and comfortable. It's good for a one day stay, and the location is walkable, about 15 minutes from SM mall and 10 minutes from the village square. The staff were friendly at check-in, but seemed to disappear after that. There's no phone in the room, and the internet was spotty but adequate. They gave us the same room on the 3rd floor both times. For longer stays, they don't provide fresh towels or linen, and there's no TV. They advertise breakfast for two but charged us extra for a second coffee. The shower is small, with the toilet so close that you can barely sit down. The empty picture frames were odd. Overall, we had nice visits.

The place is very clean and relaxing for seniors like us, and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommended.

The location is easy to get to, and guests have secure parking. Balay ni Manuel ken Maria also has spacious rooms, very clean bathrooms, and a generous, tasty breakfast included.

Our family room at Balay was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful during our stay. It's close to the city center, so it's easy to walk around and see the sights. We had a great visit.

I was pleased with the service from the hotel staff. The room lighting is too dim, though, and I hope management will overhaul it. Water pressure needs improvement too, and the shower head in the bathroom could use an upgrade.
