They’re still taking guests even though the place is dirty and parts are under renovation, and the rents are overpriced. The whole place is busted and smells moldy. The tap water tastes salty, and the water from the pool wasn’t changed regularly. Sewage was seeping out on the front beach. The toilets were dirty, the toilet sink was hanging and could fall on your feet, and there were no blankets. Towels smelled moldy, shelves were very dusty, and the curtains were old and so dirty they seemed not to have been changed. There were no kitchen utensils, and the kitchen stove wasn’t working. They also provided no complimentary water, tea, or coffee. Worst resort in ELYU. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The poor sanitation made the area feel unsuitable for guests, and several facilities weren’t working properly. The CR lock didn’t work, and the water provided was salty, unsuitable for cooking or basic use. Stalls and structures looked rusty and poorly maintained. It wasn’t worth the price.

They offered to move us to a farther room from the one we’d booked, without telling us in advance. On arrival, the receptionist gave a vague explanation about a supposed “technical issue” with our original room. It felt dishonest and suspicious. When we refused the downgrade, they quickly offered a refund, which made me strongly suspect a MODUS or OVERBOOKING scheme rather than a real problem. The whole thing was deceptive and unprofessional, and wasted our time. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They overbooked, then tried to fix it by moving us into a cheap, low-quality room nowhere near what we’d booked. When we couldn’t find another room ourselves, they said they could refund us and we could leave, then come back, as if their hotel were the last one in Elyu. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with excuses and attitude but no accountability or proper service. The worst hotel experience ever. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
