Why are the cashiers so rude? They’re old and still act that way. I asked politely, I’m a customer, and I can’t stand it. Surprisingly, some rooms don’t have air conditioning, so you have to ask for a fan. The blankets stink too. Do they even wash them?

You can reach it through TM Centerpoint, but it feels more like an inn or motel than a hotel. There aren’t good amenities. If cleanliness and better facilities matter more to you than the price, look for another option.

I booked two rooms for one night, but after seeing the hotel we decided not to stay. I know the booking was non-refundable, so I wasted my money. We found a decent hotel instead and ended up at Hotel Savano. Luckily, rooms were still available there. Traveling with a family and small children, safety should be your first priority. The parking area here was dark, unattractive, and creepy, with no guarantee the vehicle would be safe. It’s steep, so moving lots of bags and luggage would be difficult. You also have to walk a few minutes to the hotel along the highway, where passing vehicles could hit you. I don’t recommend it, especially for families with little kids. It’s very cheap and not worth the price, and looks like a cheap motel. SOGO looks more decent. I’d rate this hotel 1/10.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Service could be better. There were no tissues, and even though I called ahead to say I’d arrive around that time, staff took over 10 minutes to get the room ready. They weren’t attentive or proactive.
