It's quiet and a little secluded, but still just a 3-5 minute walk from the main road. The place is clean and very affordable, and you can cook there. The bathrooms are tidy, with free unlimited tissues, and they provide free water too. There's a cafe right across the way if you want something to eat or drink without getting dressed, and a Sari-Sari Store just a few meters away for canned goods, ice, or whatever. Iron and towels are free to use too. Book this room! ♥️

We worked from the lodge during our three-day stay, and the WiFi was stable and reliable. The room or hut was cozy and well ventilated, and the staff were helpful and hospitable. It's one of the best budget-friendly places on the island. There are other room options besides the one we booked, so contact them to ask what's available. They respond quickly. We'll definitely return on our next island trip!

The stay wasn't a good experience. I had booked an air-conditioned room, and although the property said Wi-Fi was available, it didn't work at all during my stay. I reported it, but nothing was done. There were ants in the room, rats running in the ceiling around 3:00a.m. early in the morning, and the lights inside kept flickering.

The place felt relaxing and safe, and there's a shared kitchen with all the cooking resources. There are three public comfort/bath rooms, but I was disappointed that there wasn't a mirror anywhere, not even in the comfort room. The room was nice, and the receptionist was approachable, though I barely saw them in the lobby. I had a little trouble with another renter, and the owner was hands-on and handled it naturally. I experienced a very traumatic event there involving that renter, but the receptionist and owner comforted me and made a reasonable decision to prevent future conflict. I appreciated them staying with us to make sure we were safe. I was very satisfied with their service and will surely recommend the place.
