All seven of us were impressed and would recommend this hostel. The team had everything ready for our arrival, greeting us and offering a drink after the shuttle from the port. They helped with questions and rented us scooters. Housekeeping came through the mixed dorm several times a day, keeping it clean, and the staff were quiet and considerate while doing so. The food was consistently nice too. A nice beach is just across the street, though beyond that you’ll probably need a scooter or tuk-tuks to get around.

The hostel was centrally located, which made exploring the island easy, and renting a bike was simple. Laundry was available too. We booked a private room, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day. Downstairs, the restaurant was convenient and affordable, with good food at great prices. Excellent value for money, and we’d gladly stay again.

The internet wasn’t great, though manageable, and I think that’s more of an island issue than a hostel one. Everything else made this one of the best hostels we’ve stayed at in three months of travel. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with good bathrooms and lockers. The restaurant downstairs was both really good and very affordable. You can rent mopeds here or across the road, and there’s an amazing waterfall area with a giant rope swing nearby. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

After a month traveling around the Philippines, this was the best hostel we’d stayed at. Great staff, fair prices, and good food that wasn’t expensive. They even have fun events like karaoke. Recommend it!

A solid budget hostel with extremely friendly staff and a good location near a popular beach. The attached restaurant serves mostly Western-style food at fair prices. There are large common areas where you can relax.
