The buffet package was my one complaint. At ₱2,500 per person per day, it felt overpriced for what you got. The food was decent, but nowhere near what that price suggested, and the only drinks included were water with meals and coffee at breakfast. More beverage choices would’ve made it feel like better value. The stay itself was amazing. The room was great, and the cabanas were perfect for relaxing during the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional every time, which made the whole experience feel special. The beach belongs in my top three. Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and it never felt crowded. I could spend hours doing nothing there and be completely happy. I’d happily visit again. The beach alone is worth the trip, and the staff made it even better.

The sand was clean, the water crystal-clear, and the surroundings well kept. There was a jellyfish warning, but we still managed to swim. You can also do water activities like kayaking or banana boat rides. The day pass was ₱1,250 per adult and included a buffet lunch. There wasn’t a huge selection, but enough variety for a satisfying meal. Towels cost ₱100 to rent, and the dining cabana came to ₱1,500 total. When we arrived around 10:30 AM, all the beachfront lounging cabanas were taken, so they assigned us a dining cabana. It was beautifully built, but the table and benches felt a little high and less comfortable for a full beach day. Later we upgraded to a beachfront cabana for ₱500, definitely worth it, and those have little fans on top. We were welcomed by an incredibly attentive team after driving along some very rural roads. They made a great first impression and even opened the car doors for us. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the day. The drive includes quite a lot of traffic on surface streets shared with everything from tricycles to cows, but if you’re up for it, this is a relaxing beach escape with excellent service.

A day trip here is worth it if you live in the south and want a quick getaway. The place was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, with limits on day trippers and well-kept cabanas for rent. The lunch buffet came with the visit, though choices were limited and the food was just okay. There are activities if you’re interested, but they cost extra and are a little pricey. I haven’t seen the rooms, so can’t comment on them. The toilet is a bit of a walk from the beach and wasn’t very clean, but it was fine.

The package food was a highlight, tasty and satisfying, something to look forward to. The resort in Laiya was clean and well maintained, even the shower rooms, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. There were quite a lot of floating sea plants during our visit, which took away a bit from the beach experience. The pool area was just okay and not the main draw. Still, cleanliness, good food, and excellent service made the overall stay great. I’d give it 5 stars and consider coming back.

I’ve stayed here countless times, and each visit has been superb. The staff are professional and friendly, and the resort always delivers the peace, serenity, and relaxation you can only get from nature. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are delicious. Some rooms could use renovations, and they might want to build or integrate a proper pool for guests. I’d recommend ordering the quattro formaggi pizza.
