The atmosphere here is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, and the sunsets are lovely. I’d recommend it to friends and would come back. The location worked well for me, with a pool and beach access, and I liked having the restaurant close to the houses. The food was tasty and the servers were happy to replace a meal when there was a mistake, which wasn’t only their fault. Still, meals took nearly an hour, and no one came to fix our AC after we asked because it was taking too long to cool the room, especially with babies staying with us. The bathing water was scorching hot, and once the pool water was so hot it hurt my eye while I was swimming. The rooms were okay.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was pleasant with reasonably priced food. Some dishes we wanted were out of stock, though, and several areas of the resort seemed poorly maintained. I was also surprised to be charged a service fee for picking up my own drinks at the bar. A service charge usually means someone has served you.

The pool water was dirty and no longer clear, and the facilities overall were very dirty and outdated. In the public pool restrooms, there are no door locks, so anyone could walk in while you’re changing or using the toilet. There’s no bidet either. I definitely won’t return.

We’d been waiting an hour and a half with our group and still hadn’t received any food. Maybe the chef and food are great, but that doesn’t help if nothing makes it to the table. Don’t arrive hungry, or you’ll be starving before the food comes.

The third shower room in Dormitory - B has lots of mosquitoes. I can’t say whether the other shower rooms have the same issue, but this one should be treated with something that kills them and smells pleasant, so the next people using it don’t have the same problem. That’s all, and I hope it can be taken care of. Thank you.
