We had a large bed, and coffee and drinks were provided free for guests. It’s a budget-friendly place in Santiago City, though free breakfast would have been a better perk. There was no Wi-Fi during our stay.

The staff were still friendly, but this stay was less enjoyable than usual. In room 338, some floor tiles were lifting, and light came through the side of the door and frame, which seemed worn or warped with age. The mattress felt a bit less comfortable than I remembered, possibly because it was old. The aircon worked nicely and the hot water was good, but there was no proper holder for the shower head, so I had to hold it the whole time. I’ve usually liked this hotel in Santiago, Isabela for its welcoming staff, comfortable beds, nice rooms, and working hot showers.
The internet was good and the location convenient, but there wasn’t room to park. Arriving early, between 6 and 9 in the morning, means paying 300 per hour until 10 am, before the regular room rate starts. Check-in only gives you 21 hours, which doesn’t feel worthwhile. The aircon seemed defective, and noise from the neighboring room carried through. There’s no phone for contacting the Frontdesk about concerns.
Right in the city center, so it’s very accessible. My deluxe room was spacious, and the bathroom was big too, though insects can get in from outside. I could hear noise from the rooms along the walkway. They provided complimentary bottled water, but there was no free breakfast.
Good spot, with plenty of parking and friendly staff. The hotel is right above Savemore grocery.
