I’m sharing my own experience as a warning. While I was renting, an agent in Fullerton scammed me more than once, and this person was also subleasing units. I wasn’t the only one affected. There have been many complaints filed with the admin, and the barangay has also been notified. Despite those complaints and reports, the person is still operating in the area. I’d been considering buying a unit, but these unresolved issues have made me very hesitant and I’ve lost interest for now. If this has happened to you too, please report it formally to the proper authorities so they can take action. Be careful: verify the agent, check directly with property management, and don’t pay without proper documentation. Stay safe.

We were thinking about buying a condo here, but our rental experience changed our minds and we’ve decided to steer clear. An agent handling rentals in Fullerton has repeatedly scammed renters and property owners, taking payments without passing them on or making required deposits. That left renters’ agreements unsecured and caused serious problems. Management still hasn’t acted, and we confirmed the behavior has happened multiple times. Please be cautious if you’re thinking of staying here.
