There’s barely room for clothes in the small room, with nowhere to hang anything. We washed our beach clothes and left them in the laundry area outside, but they burned wood there, so you can guess what happened to our clothes. They could easily move them to reception. I hope they take this feedback into account for future customers.
The people were hospitable and the service was good. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the room smelled nice. They serve good food, too, and it’s near the beach.
There were six of us sharing one room, but it was still comfortable. It worked well for a practical routine: check in, spend the day strolling around, then sleep.
We had a great stay last May. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, close to the main beach area, a bakery I liked, and the terminal.
For the reasonable price, I was glad we chose this place. The staff were accommodating, Poblacion Beach was walkable, and the hotel restaurant served good food, especially on our first day. The room was tiny, even though we were two people in a three-person room. It was basically a loft bed and bathroom, with no cabinet or storage at all. We only had backpacks, so luggage would’ve been hard to manage. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, but we were able to overlook that because of the staff and the price. We liked the restaurant meal enough to eat there again the next day, but the food quality had dropped. We think different cooks may have been on shift.
