The pool, tucked among tropical plants, was a lovely place to relax, and the bungalows sat in lush gardens that felt peaceful. Our accommodation had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom, and the property was clean and well maintained throughout. When we arrived at the port, we were warmly welcomed and taken straight to the accommodation. Bong checked us in with a big smile, showed us around Garden Bungalow Resort, and gave us useful island tips. He made us feel right at home. Having a scooter on-site was a big help for exploring, and René and Bong shared insider tips that made the trip even better. The hospitality and beautiful setting made the stay exceed our expectations. We'd love to return.

The attic room was spacious, but the property was in such poor condition that it felt like very bad value for the money. Maintenance seemed neglected: the sink drain was clogged, the bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge, several lights didn't work, and the air conditioning barely helped. Housekeeping was poor too. In four days the room was cleaned only once, after we complained. Outside, broken chairs were scattered around, and the stagnant pool had moss along its edges. The whole place looked dirty and uncared for, far below what I expected.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, including when we had medical issues. We left something behind, and they even sent it to us. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the pool was lovely. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Garden Bungalows gave us a peaceful break from the crowds, in a quiet spot surrounded by nature. Our room was clean and well kept, which made it all the more comfortable. Bong was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. If you want somewhere calm and cozy in Siquijor, this is a great retreat.

This was our favorite place to stay in the Philippines. It's quiet and peaceful, with a perfect location and spotless grounds around a lovely pool. The owner was very kind and shared great tips. Our room had AC, a fan, and a shower with good pressure. We'd love to come back, and I couldn't recommend it more.
