Everything went smoothly and without stress, and they took care with all the details. The customer service stood out for its kindness, along with the quality and efficiency. I had a great experience from beginning to end and would recommend them to anyone wanting reliable, high quality results.

We had a fun time at the restaurant, where we could see the building’s beautiful facade while eating. The food was nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks, waterfront, for a fabulous experience. I hope I can come back soon! 5⭐️

We enjoyed the heated pools, with separate areas for adults and kids. Floaters are available to rent, and the kids had fun with the balls in the kiddie pool. The room was spacious and had a water heater. The location is convenient, with restaurants and an ATM nearby, though it’s outside SBMA. Prices are affordable, and we’ll definitely return.

The location is hard to beat, and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Each room also has its own parking spot right outside, which is very convenient. For the price, though, the hotel is just so-so: the room was okay but a bit dirty, with bugs in both the room and the CR. It needs a little more attention to cleanliness. Watch out at night, there are lots of insects.

We ended up adding another day because we didn’t want to leave. The hotel was much nicer in person than we expected from the FB photos: really clean, with a relaxing feel, and a warm welcome from the front desk. Everyone was polite and attentive, and made us feel so valued. The marketing team also made the stay more fun by getting guests involved and giving us something to look forward to. Breakfast could use some improvement, but the rest made up for it. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing getaway. Maramaing salamat, Subic Waterfront!!! #welovesubicwaterfrontviewresort
