Last year was great, so we booked this hotel again, but this stay was the complete opposite. One receptionist was rude, and our food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive even though we were the only guests who had ordered. The room phone wasn't working either, despite us already reporting the problem. One person in our group got the wrong room, where the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Another companion's room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it had a no-smoking sign, so we had to ask to change rooms. Please train the staff better. I used to work in customer service, and sighing in front of guests while explaining something is unprofessional and very rude. Nobody apologized. We were just told, “She’s just like that.” I hope the service improves.

The staff were the best part of the stay, friendly, helpful, and accommodating the whole time. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing visit. The location was fine too, though traffic is something to expect in Pampanga. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd still recommend the hotel, especially for the excellent service from the staff.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are kind and easy to approach. The pool was clean, though the changing area beside it could use more cleaning compared with the ones inside the rooms.

The spa therapists were especially good, and booking the room was simple. We got a room package with the buffet and spa, and a staff member even switched on the AC before we arrived to meet our request. The free breakfast portions were huge, one plate could have fed two of us, and the food tasted great. There was live music in the evening, and the kimchi was spicy. Staff were a little short-handed, but still answered calls and served us in the middle of the night. We had a great stay and would book again.

At check-in, Clark CU Hotel assured us that a wheelchair-accessible room was available, so we paid at the counter. The room we were given wasn't accessible, and they refused to refund the cost of the night. We're at Clarkston now and it's great.
