Ey Miner Suites Borromeo

The EY miners is easy to get around from, right in the city, with mostly one ride to different places and walking distance to the port and boulevard. The food at our workshop was tasty and healthy, and the fresh juice drinks were really refreshing. The sound system was okay, but the laptop connection caused sudden loud, annoying noises and needs checking and repair. Our triple-sharing room with three beds wasn’t very spacious, though it was fine just for sleeping. The lights were too dim for me, the bathroom drain smelled, and parking space was limited.

The room wasn’t cleaned the next day, the sheets weren’t changed, and nothing else was done. When we asked for towels, the man said there’d be a charge because we’d gotten towels the day before. The TV remote needed batteries, but he said they didn’t have any and to wait until the next day. He was extremely rude. It was a terrible experience, all because of the man in charge. I don’t know if this is normal or if he was just having a bad night and day, but he sat on the sofa watching his phone and didn’t seem to care about anything.

It’s in a very accessible spot in the city, on a busy road with several places nearby. Tricycles and motorcycles are easy to find, and the port is only a few minutes away. My room was small and old, with no windows. One outlet didn’t work, and there were lots of insects. The beddings they provided were clean.

The room had poor lighting in the restroom, weak air-conditioning, and a sink that wasn’t good. The curtains in both the CR and room were old, the key card malfunctioned, and the shower towel was very old. The Suites isn’t a good place for a long stay.
