For heritage-house fans, this is a must-see. The room was good, the air conditioning worked well, and toiletries were supplied. The housekeepers were welcoming and accommodating, and they provided welcome drinks and morning coffee. I had a few issues with the costs and policies. It felt overpriced, breakfast wasn’t included, and they required a Php3,000 security deposit, more than at luxurious hotels. They also charged a 12% government tax on top of the room rate but didn’t issue an OR. They wouldn’t give discounts to senior citizens or PWDs. The Wi-Fi was weak where I slept.

We stayed here for our prenup. The staff were kind and very helpful.

A relaxing night, with the atmosphere of a bygone era and that heritage-town feeling at its best.
