The resort’s exterior looked nice, the rooms were okay, and there was enough space to accommodate large groups. But the customer service needs work. From booking and paying the down payment through check-in day, we had to call the owner whenever we had questions because nobody replied by text. The amenities also need attention. Faucets in the kitchen, shower, and toilet areas were defective, some doorknobs were broken, and the room drawers were so dirty we wouldn’t put our things in them. Trash left by earlier guests, though I’m not sure, was still there. We had to call staff twice before they cleaned up and emptied the bins. The videoke machine needs fixing too: to reserve and sing your favorite songs, you have to open its cover because the reserve button doesn’t work. People pay to relax and enjoy the place, so I think the owner should do their part and improve the facilities and amenities. They should consider how they’d want things to be if they were guests.

It’s a nice, quiet place, but the handlers were a little too strict about timing and electricity use. We had the small cottage near the kids pool, and our group of 15 was given only three charging slots. The jacuzzi is available for 150 per hour.

HORRIBLE. We booked online and paid P4,300 for 2 adults and 2 children. At reception, the guy had no shirt on (nakahubad). The room was dirty, with layers of dirt on the fan and aircon. The cr was unclean and had no trash bin, toiletries, or hot water. The faucet was twisted, and after a while the water in our cr ran out. There was no cable tv or WIFI. They charged us for 4 pax but gave us only 2 pillows and 1 towel. We also had to put the bedsheet on the extra mattress ourselves, even though they said it was a roll away bed. Owners, you should be ashamed to charge that much for such a shabby, unprofessional, unkempt, dilapidated inn that doesn’t deserve a 3-star hotel rating. We quickly moved to a nearby hotel and paid almost the same, but got much, much better treatment. Future clients, beware: the online pictures look very different from the real place.

The place is really nice and clean. The manager and staff were courteous and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

The elegant rooms make it easy to relax, and the place is beautiful and affordable for a family outing. I loved it.
