The service was excellent, and a staff member guided me all the way to my room at check-in. The location, right in the heart of Tacloban City downtown, is great. Breakfast is free depending on the room. The room was acceptable, but the bathroom lock didn't work and the shower heater was broken. Those weren't a big deal for me, though they might bother other guests. The Wi-Fi speed was pathetic; since it's central Tacloban, you can use your own mobile data for a more reliable connection. For the location alone, the stay was worth it.

Hello, please tell your call center and reception to call me back. I've been trying to reach you for four days about something I left in my room, but nobody seems to care. I also want to complain about some disrespectful staff in the coffee shop next to reception.

The mattress was extremely comfortable, it's Flex Foam from Mandaue Foam 🫠. Even though the hotel is in a busy downtown area, it was very quiet at night 😴. The staff were friendly, and there were lots of them 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. Wi-Fi was good 💻📱, and it was fair value for the money 💰💰💰. Five stars.

The room service staff were very attentive, but I wouldn't stay again. The room felt like a motel, and the bathroom was filthy and needs renovation. The Agoda ad showed a new room with red bedding, which was misleading. What I got was old, mediocre brownish bedding.

It's close to malls like Gaisano and Savemore. There are lots of attendants in the hallway to greet you, and someone is assigned to help you all the way to your room.
