It was okay. The room and comfort room were spacious, but the place isn't new and could use some maintenance or repairs. For toiletries, cleaning, fresh towels, or water, you have to call the desk. They bring things quickly when asked, but the phone doesn't always work. I didn't see any cockroaches, though there were signs there might be some, as in the photo. There's no elevator. We were put on the third floor and weren't helped with our luggage, so I'm not sure whether they help guests carry bags up or down.

Although it's quite far from the business district and city center, there are nearby places like a mall, restaurants, a hotel, and a hospital. Reception is separate from the units and sits by the gate entrance. There are stairs but no elevator. The kitchen on the ground floor is open 24/7, and room service requests are accommodated. Each unit is shared by three guests, with a common living and dining room. Each guest has their own room with typical hotel amenities and a private toilet and bathroom. I had an excellent stay overall and highly recommend it.

I've stayed here three times, and the hotel still manages to surprise me. An extra person costs 450.00, with no extra bed, just toiletries. There's a kitchen, but you aren't allowed to use a rice cooker. I only found this out after being charged 1,000.00 pesos a day. The key card doesn't work, so a room boy has to open the door every time you come back. They don't explain the rules at check-in, and there aren't any posted in the suites. You may only discover the penalties when you check out. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place unless you're willing to take the risks.

The room was dirty, and mosquitoes and ants got in because the door didn't fit properly. The design was poor, with furniture blocking the outlets so the plugs couldn't be reached. The TV only had local channels, and the picture was fuzzy and unwatchable. Services weren't as advertised. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else!
