The one thing that worked well was the AC, which cooled the room quickly. The rest was extremely disappointing. We booked two rooms, and the one I got looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time: the bedsheet and blankets had holes and stains, the chair cover was old and dirty, and there were stains on the floor. The bathroom smelled bad. We had to call housekeeping to change the sheets. This was the filthiest room I’ve ever experienced, and definitely not worth the price. Even a 1k-peso room at other hotels is in much better shape.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was quite good. There’s a swimming pool, too. The location worked well for us since the Tacloban airport is just 1 ride away. I stayed for one night.

The coffee shop is the one bright spot here. For a 2k overnight stay, the value was poor: the room and linen smelled dusty, which could trigger asthma, especially in kids. There were no toiletries or complimentary bottled water.

The room had three large beds and plenty of space, and the coffee shop in front accepts gcash. The coffee was tasty and affordable. Most of the rest was disappointing. I paid ₱3,600+/night for the family room, but at check-in the price was only ₱2,970/night. The "hotel" DOES NOT ACCEPT cash. No cashless in this city yet? There were no reminders about breakfast at check-in. Some lights didn’t work, especially the one by the headboard of the biggest bed. The blanket and towels were thin. Toiletries were just 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 small rounded soaps, and there was no fridge. The bathroom smelled bad, parang canal, so we bought/donated ALBATROSS bathroom deodorizer, but the smell was still there, coming from the sink. The toilet seat cover was broken. The pool was just so so, and the photos on the website gave a different expectation of it. The place looks like a MOTEL, like queensland in cebu or princecourt or jadescourt. The bed was so uncomfortable, stiff and hard, and I had bodyache all over. The aircon was cold but so NOISY. The unli breakfast buffet for ₱250 had cold food, 3 vains with 1 appetizer and 1 soup only. The banana was almost bad, you wouldn’t want to eat it. There was NO HOUSEKEEPING.

The pool was a plus, and the staff were very nice. Maybe we were just given the "not so good" room, but we expected better after booking an "executive" one. We had an executive queen, though the bed was small, not queen-sized. The room was poorly maintained and quite dirty, and the pillows smelled. The CR door was broken; there was a pale but no dipper, and we had to ask for a trashcan. The sink wasn’t working properly either. Maybe we’ll try the family room another time and update this if we get a better room.
