Quest Hotel Tagaytay

The rooms are really spacious, and the veranda gives you a view of parts of Tagaytay. Everyone on the crew was respectful, approachable, and provided top-tier service. It’s a peaceful place, so I’d recommend it to introverts. There are plenty of nearby establishments for shopping, a hospital is easily accessible, and malls and a church are just a few minutes away on foot. The pool isn’t much to get excited about, but having one is better than none.

Parking felt very safe in the garage, and the whole stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and professional. Quest Hotel Tagatay was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to everything. It was one of the better places we stayed around Tagatay, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was the best part for me. I think I chose the Quest breakfast platter. It was à la carte and really good, especially the satisfying sausage and salad. The croissant with their butter was memorable too. It was my first time trying baker j, and I’d come back just for breakfast. My kid also had fun in the outdoor pool. The water isn’t heated, but it’s family-friendly, and I appreciated the life vests that helped make swimming easier and safer for my child. A couple of things could be better: we spotted a few small stains on the bedsheets, and the towels we got when we asked for bath towels were pool towels. They felt rough and dry compared with regular bath towels.

We stayed here for my daughter's first birthday vacation. The location felt relaxing, the room was neat, and the staff were kind and easy to talk to. I just wish the pool were heated, because the water was so cold.
