We booked one night for a staycation, and making the reservation was easy. Restaurants and cafes are close by, and the location is convenient. For the room, amenities including the pool, breakfast, and location, it felt affordable. The sheets were clean; the bathroom was small but clean and had all the complimentary items. From our Premier Suite, the view of Taal was the best I've seen from a hotel room. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. We'll definitely come back!

Splash Suites has an excellent venue for wedding receptions, and the function room has a great sound system. The location and spectacular views are a big part of its appeal for events like weddings. Rooms are comfortable, though pricey for their size, and the catered food wasn't exceptional. The sloping site creates some difficulties: the unpaved entrance parking can get muddy in rain, and getting to reception means driving down a steep slope. Parking there is limited, and the roundabout can be tricky when crowded, though staff help manage traffic. I'd recommend it for the views and location, but if budget matters, other accommodations may be worth considering.

The view was great and the staff were friendly, but the resort's maintenance was poor. Our floor was dirty, there were no slippers, and the egg at breakfast was raw and inedible. The pool was dirty too, so we didn't swim. There were lots of mosquitoes in the lobby and around the area. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly, which is the only reason I'm giving three stars, and the place has a great view of Taal. But our Premier Suite smelled old, as if it hadn't been occupied for a while. At 7.5k a night for a room for four, it leaves a lot to be desired.

The atmosphere was great, and because it was midweek there weren't many guests, which made our stay worthwhile. The only concern was the room Wi-Fi. It's available only in the lobby and pool area. I'd still recommend this hotel, especially for small groups.
