Wind Residences Tower 3

We've spent our holidays here for several years and never had a bad stay at Wind Residences. The units are clean and cozy, the staff helpful and polite, and the wide playground was fun for flying a kite. Restaurants, cafes, and SKY Ranch are all within walking distance. You can pay to park in the building, or use the free parking, though that's quite a long, inconvenient walk when it rains. That's probably our only complaint.

Our Tower 3 room was on the 16th floor, with a view over taal volcano. The room, booked through Good Stays, was clean and beautiful, and I loved the soft bed and pillows. There was plenty of water, plus a bidet and a shower enclosed in glass. The balcony view was perfect when there wasn't fog. It's comfortable for two or three people. Shaina was responsive and accommodating: when we reported a bathroom bulb that wasn't working, she quickly arranged to have it fixed. Downstairs there's a DQ, and 7-11 is in Tower 1. The guards, receptionists, and other staff at smdc wind residences were very kind and helpful. They'd even accompany you, or arrange someone to, if you couldn't find what you needed.

The rooms I've seen have been clean, nicely decorated, and smelled good. Staff were easy to talk to, and the parking area is huge. The receiving area is spacious and classy, with a pleasant smell, comfortable chairs, strong security, a cool temperature, luxurious restrooms, and a nice view. Elevators are wide, fast, feel safe, and are well maintained. The architecture and temperature throughout the similar-looking floors are nice too. The rooftop has cool views and looks very instagramable, but it didn't feel safe or designed for people to sightsee.

I rented room 1226 in Tower 2 for two days and couldn't sleep. A cockroach landed on my suitcase and on my head. That dirty room put me off renting in Tower 2 again.
