The buildings are very old, and many things are broken. I booked a double room with a shared toilet and shower, but there was no handwashing tap or shower in the toilet when I arrived. A friendly staff member moved me to a single room after I asked. I did get a shower there, but the toilet flush was broken. One of my worst stays so far, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was convenient for commuting, near the road and about 850 m from the public terminal for buses, vans, and jeeps. Eateries and a convenience store were walkable, as were Jollibee, McDo, and Marcela/ICM mall. Check-in itself was easy, but the timing info was misleading: Agoda said 10 AM, while the actual check-in was noon. The front desk was informal and offered no instructions or help. WiFi was very weak, and it was noisy. Our room beside the entrance had only a flimsy wooden door, with no security guard in sight, so it didn’t feel safe. The aircon was weak and loud even at 18°C, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no comfort at all. The listing said there’d be a desk, but it was just a small side table. The common CR felt public rather than shared among a few rooms. It had a creepy, rundown transient feel. Paint was peeling, the door was damaged, and the bedding was dirty. My upper body itched the whole time. The common CR faucet was broken and dirty, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. For ₱587.83 through Agoda, this was honestly the worst place I’ve stayed in Tagbilaran. I wouldn’t recommend it without major renovation and better management.

The room service was very bad. The AC ran slowly, and the bathroom flush didn’t work.

In room 102, the aircon was so noisy I had to turn it off because I couldn’t sleep. Little ants bit me while I was sleeping, and the shared bathroom lock was broken.
