We came back for our second stay while vacationing in Bohol and were glad the service was still consistent. We even got the same room as last time. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with our requests, and helped us talk with trike drivers so we wouldn’t be charged the tourist fee. We appreciated that a lot. Breakfast was included, and we really enjoyed the chicken longganisa. You can choose the serving time, and they bring it to your room. We ate on our small veranda among trees and birds. The B&B is in a quiet area, good for relaxing, though restaurants are quite far. Tricycles are available nearby, and we usually paid P30 per person to get to the seaport. Shang Palace, about 1.2 km away, is the nearest restaurant we can recommend. They provide basic soap and shampoo once, but you can ask for more. There’s a convenience store nearby for drinks for the mini fridge and local snacks. One improvement would be adding a bidet. Shower pressure can be inconsistent.

The staff deserve special thanks for all their help. This place is good value, with a short drive to the city center. The room was clean and tidied daily, with a big cozy bed, quiet inverter cooling, hot shower and a substantial breakfast.

The staff were nice, but the rooms wouldn’t pass a white-glove test and need a proper scrub, especially the bathroom. They left breakfast on the terrace outside our room without telling us, so by the time we found it the scrambled eggs were ice cold.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s never let us down. It’s clean and tidy, and close enough to the city center and mall for the amenities, while still far enough away to be peaceful. This is a B&B, so it doesn’t have the extensive amenities of a big hotel, but it has everything we need for a comfortable stay and is great value.

I learned that the place opened in December 2018 and that the owners are Boholanos living in the USA. They wanted to bring the quality of architecture and facilities from there. It’s thoughtfully planned, with a large generator, two sets of industrial water filters and lovely pocket gardens. The rooms and interiors are spacious, almost like a five-star hotel, for one fifth the price.
