I had a couple of renovation clients here under ALTO contractors. I still find it puzzling that AyalaLand calls one building "Avida Towers Verte" and the other simply "The Montane," even though they're visually identical, directly across from each other, and both are Avida. Just a curious thought. To me, "Avida" takes away from the property's prestige.

A male receptionist was really rude to guests. His unpleasant tone made me feel unwelcome, and when I asked for help with my baggage, he was very condescending. I forgot to get his name, but any guard at the front desk will surely know which receptionist I mean. I don't know how he has kept his job. Management needs to do better, maybe by hiring competent people. If you're hoping for friendly, helpful service, avoid this place altogether.

This is one of the Avida Residential Condominiums in the area, right beside Avida Towers 34th BGC. It's a convenient home in Uptown, across from Uptown Place Mall and Citi Building. Starbucks, Black Scoop, and Yellow Cab are on the ground level. Across at One Park Drive, there's Samgyumsalamat Korean Buffet and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The closest convenience stores are Lawson at Avida Towers 34th and Family Mart at One Park Drive.

A good place for balikbayans and foreigners, with easy access to everywhere. There are some things in the unit that need attention, especially the water leaking from the rooftop and running straight down to the window on the 24th floor.
