The place has a good ambiance, but some security guards are extremely rude, especially on the morning shift in towers 3 and 4. They need much better customer service training and should give guests instructions politely instead of talking down to them. We treat staff respectfully, but it’s understandable that guests may react badly when guards are rude.

I booked an Airbnb in this tower but left before the booking ended and got a refund because I didn’t feel safe or respected. The guards were rude and ignorant, and the building system seemed disorganized, with no communication among workers. Watch out if you’re staying in an Airbnb here. The guards treated me like a criminal when I took my ID away from them, even after I explained I’d brought only one ID. I don’t recommend staying here for Airbnb or anything. My Airbnb review opportunity expired, so I couldn’t post it there. If you see this place, choose somewhere else. I don’t know why they hire workers like that.

I agree that some guards are rude to guests and tenants, though others are friendly and greet people passing through the lobby. What bothered me more was the building itself. During the rainy season, water kept pooling inside my unit near the balcony door and somehow got under the floorboards, even though I shut the windows and balcony door when it poured. I only had to mop it out, so it wasn’t as bad as a flooded home, but I’d expect a condo a few floors above ground to stay free of rainwater. With BGC not even that close, I wouldn’t consider buying here. There are also lots of mosquitoes in the lobby. I’m not sure why, since someone is always cleaning.

A lovely staycation. The place felt secure, with guards and CCTV, and the guard was welcoming and helpful. It was quiet, and the mall was easy to get to.
