The unit through Zen Home was pleasant and quiet, and the Zen staff / host was really nice. For the price, it was worth it. Still, a few things kept it at four stars: the bathroom had a weird musty smell, the plates were oily, the cable service was out my whole stay, and the balcony area was dirty. I also found the woman at the Seibu Tower reception unpleasant and a bit*h.

The staff at Seibu were friendly and helpful, and the location in BGC is a really nice place to live. The apartments are excellent for a stay in Manila.

The place felt safe and was easy to get around from. I stayed at an Airbnb hosted by someone, though High Street was about a three-block walk away.
