We were on the fourth floor, and the air conditioner was useless even set to 16 degrees. Luckily, there was an electric fan. The toilet had very little water, and it stopped running for a few minutes at one point. There was a TV, but with just one channel there was no point plugging it in. Paying 1k for 12 hours with amenities barely working? I won’t do that again. 😓

There are plenty of places nearby: a bakery, 7/11, eateries, general goods shops, pharmacies, a wet market, and a jeep terminal. Jollibee and chowking are by the nearby gas station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and helped us with bags and requests. Free WiFi is available, though its signal was slow in the first-floor room. The rooms on the second floor were fine, clean, well lit, and had working air conditioning. They supplied guest kits with toothbrushes, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and tissue rolls, and an extra bed is available for a fee. The first-floor room was musty, with a dirty bathroom and a door that creaked loudly whenever we opened it. Its sliding lock didn’t line up with the catch, so the doorknob was the only way to lock it. The air conditioner barely cooled the room even at full power and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

We urgently needed somewhere to stay last weekend, and Reddoorz - DBuilders Rooms Budget Hotels & Transients -Metro Manila had availability. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were accommodating. Decent place, highly recommended.

The room was clean and roomy. The location was okay, though not great. They charged 100 per hour for checking in early, unlike other reddoorz, Zen rooms, oyo, and airbnb places, which usually let you check in early if the room is already available.
