Oasis Regency@Fort Victoria

This was my second stay, in Tower C Unit 17B. It's a residential condo building with units for rent, and each one has a different design. Ours was a two-bedroom loft for three people. It was clean and just enough space if you're exploring BGC. Bonifacio High Street is within walking distance, as is Venice Grand Mall.

The building's maintenance and overall condition seem very poor. The pool looks like a stagnant pond rather than somewhere you'd swim, and you're lucky if even one elevator is working. Getting to the higher floors is very inconvenient. A disappointing experience.

The room was guest accommodating, with plenty of indoor and board games, fast internet, a great view, and a cold room. For us, it was a nice, budget friendly stay in metro bgc. It's a bit of a walk to the busy streets, but still the best option compared with staying outside bgc.

My wife and I stayed one night through Zen rooms, in a loft. The two air conditioners kept the room and dining area cool enough even without electric fans. There were two air conditioned bedrooms, clean sheets and pillowcases, and clean floors. The master bedroom had a very nice view, though looking down was scary 😁. The upstairs toilet had a bidet and hot water, plus free liquid hand soap, shampoo, toilet roll, and towels. Those freebies are rare. There was also liquid dish soap and a sponge, an electronic kettle for coffee or tea, wifi, and a cable box. No Netflix, but that's okay 👍 The kitchen had complete appliances and accessories, so you can cook, but there wasn't a trash bin in that area and we had to buy one. There was a bin in the c.r. We think the c.r. was customized, since it had a socket inside and the faucet was very high, maybe because it was meant to be a laundry area. Still, turning it into a comfort room was a great idea. There was a small sofa and one dining chair. The stairs had no rails, so be careful 👍. And, as other reviews said, we found cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets and even on the dining table 😥. It felt like staying in a hotel with cockroaches 🤭. I hope Zen rooms sees this and tells staff to clean the kitchen too. We didn't get to use the pool, but we went to see it and it was clean. They were cleaning it at the time, lol. The condo also has three elevators with different controls, so with such a big place, I guess timing shouldn't be a problem. At the other entrance there's a familymart for convenience, plus a beauty clinic and a lazy-boy store. BGC is just a few minutes away for a stroll. Overall, it was a great place to stay 👍.
