After we were already nearly halfway through our trip to Davao, they called to say a towel was ripped. I'm sure I didn't do it, and it caused me a lot of stress and hassle. At checkout there hadn't been a room inspection before they let us leave. This felt like a scam and was a nightmare. Be careful when checking out, because they may charge you for damaged items even if you didn't damage them.

The floor in the room and the cr smelled bad, and the bathroom was stinky too. Not worth the price.

The room had decent space, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. Cleanliness was the issue, with dirt and dust under the bed and around the cr, so it wasn't very neat. For the daily rate, it was okay.
