Cebu Budgetel - IT Park City Center

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms had plenty of space. The WiFi worked well, but this is a budget place, so don't expect proper hotel standards. Bathrooms are shared, which means walking back to your room in a towel after bathing. At 500/ night [~$10/night], it was very affordable. If you're coming from far away and staying on Cebu for a while, it can be handy to leave your things here for a few nights instead of hauling everything around the city as you visit different tourist spots.

I booked this place because I needed to visit Cebu IT Park. It's within walking distance of IT Park and even closer to JY Mall, where you can easily get to transport, food, and groceries. The staff are friendly. There was one bathroom indoors and several outdoors. The price is reasonable, and I'd consider staying here again when I'm back in Cebu.

When I stayed on December 2, 2022, there was a large spider in the room. I pointed it out, but staff didn't do anything to remove it. The bathroom was very dirty, with layers of buildup on the bucket and other surfaces. I had booked a queen bed and a single, but was given a double and a bunk bed. The location is far from everything.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and it's an affordable budgetel. Finding it was a hassle, though. It's off the main road, the hotel sign is faded and hard to read, especially at night, and even Google Maps didn't make it easy to locate.
