Getting to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores was easy from this excellent location, and I liked the quiet, peaceful breakfast service. The breakfast itself was quite good. But the air conditioner was very loud as soon as I switched it on, making it harder to rest, and the reception staff didn’t feel friendly or welcoming at check-in or check-out. Good for the location and breakfast, though the service and room equipment could use improvement.

Looking back through my photos from last year reminded me what a wonderful stay we had. The rooms were maintained well and had the basic amenities, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with warm smiles and greetings that made us feel safe. The security guard helped us cross the street and made sure we were safe too. The location is convenient and accessible. They serve breakfast and have several function halls suited to meetings and conferences. This hotel deserves credit for its service and dedicated staff. I’ll definitely stay again when I return to Cebu. See you soon Citi Park Hotel🫶🏻✨

I get angrier each time I look back on this stay. I rarely post reviews, and when I do, it’s because something was amazing or unacceptable. This was unacceptable, and I will DEFINITELY not return or recommend this poorly managed place. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! We stayed professionally for two weeks in a suite, but there were no cloth cabinets. We had to ask our host to bring an assembled shelf. It was absurd to see that other people’s reviews said single or cheaper rooms had better storage. The room was dirty, and after three days we had to verbally explain to housekeeping what to clean. We saw multiple cockroach appartenance during the stay. The bath tub was very rusty, and hot water took over 5 min of running before it came through. There was no day curtain, so privacy meant keeping the room dark. Outside clubs were noisy and the windows didn’t block sound. The gym only had a treadmill that wasn’t working. The TV remote was faulty, and we had to ask for a replacement. A personal belonging was dropped off at reception, but when we asked to collect it nobody knew where it was. We had to call the sender again before they found it being held outside by the security guard. Lousy organisation. We requested late check out and, given the many problems, asked for a free 3H extension. On the weekend there was no management available to escalate it. Very well managed indeed.

Clean rooms with a hairdryer and other amenities, and a perfect spot for a short stay while taking care of visa applications. Food and dining are easy to reach from here.
