We had already paid half the cost to secure the booking, but when over 24 hours passed without a confirmation, we followed up with the Reservation Department. They offered no help or expected response time, just said to “wait” because they had more than 30 emails to answer. They clearly need better training and customer service. That response was unacceptable and unprofessional.

There’s a lot to do around the resort, from activities and photo spots to unusual displays, and the mountain views are lovely. We found it relaxing and fun with family and friends. The staff were friendly, and the grounds were well kept. With its colorful attractions and cool weather, it’s a nice place in Negros Occidental to unwind, look around, and spend time together away from the city.

For a 250 peso entrance fee, there’s plenty to enjoy here: pools to swim in, huge statues for photos, different activities, mountain views, and a big area to walk around. This is the best highland resort I’ve visited. I’ll be back 🫶 -December 2025

The place is quite far, so you really need your own ride. We tried booking a Grab to get there, but they said they couldn’t go into Campuestohan because there were no customers going back to Bacolod. Luckily, one of the drivers’ friends took us in. Getting home was stressful until we found a tricycle to take us from Campuestohan to a jeepney going to Bacolod. We first visited without renting a cottage, just looked around and spent a little time at the restaurant. The next day we came back with family and enjoyed the views and pools. The cottage was a bit expensive, around 800 pesos. It was a good experience.

We went to celebrate my son’s birthday and make him happy, but the visit turned into a nightmare. Afterward, he got amoeba and had to be hospitalized. I hope the owner prioritizes cleanliness. There weren’t enough staff, and flies were everywhere. The service was poor.
