Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort

The room and toilet were clean, and the room smelled nice. I enjoyed the food and thought the buffet was nice too. It was a very pleasant stay, just much too far away.

Our food took more than an hour to come, even though the staff were friendly. The service was extremely slow. The beach was really dirty, and management needs to take responsibility for it. Signs against littering aren’t enough, the beach still needs regular cleaning. The rooms were very old, and there were cockroaches inside.

The food looked great and was well balanced, and the servers were responsive and hospitable. The taste fell a bit short. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it good either. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and room service was timely. They also provided plenty of toiletries. For the same price range, I thought the service and accommodation were better than at other hotels and resorts. The pool was great and clean, with clearly marked shallow and deep sections, and the lifeguards were always around and helpful. It was a shame the big slides were still being renovated. The lobbies, function halls, and shared restrooms were great, well maintained, and had a nice feel. Cell service was almost nonexistent, so we depended on the hotel wifi, which was sometimes slow too. I liked having beach access, though I don’t think the beach or sea was clean enough for swimming. You can get there from the highway by tricycle, but having your own car would make the trip less of a hassle. It’s a comfortable venue for work events that don’t need heavy internet use, and for short family trips.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely garden view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. There were plenty of activities to choose from, including water sports and a well-equipped gym. I especially liked how the resort is landscaped, with lush greenery and beautiful pools that made the place feel peaceful. The restaurant had a varied menu and the food was delicious, though dinner service got a bit slow during peak hours. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I had a wonderful stay at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, and it’s a great spot for a mini-vacation or a chance to unwind. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!
