Being close to the airport and having a shuttle were handy. My premium room was good, though I was traveling alone and wondered about that. I arrived early and couldn't get early check-in, which was fine since they let me wait by the pool. But when 2:00PM came, the room still took about 40 minutes to be ready. There was no hot water.

The noise went on past 6 in the morning, and guests from a large group were disruptive. Swimming was allowed until midnight even though pool hours were supposed to end at 10 PM, so it was hard to rest. The resort allows events that can get very loud. I wish they'd warned us in advance, or at least let us know a big group was coming for a 2-day activity. This isn't the place for peace and quiet.

We came hoping for a quiet stay, but a party with loud karaoke disturbed us, and early morning Zumba over a loudspeaker echoed across the island. The resort hadn't told us it hosted parties. Our stay was a disaster. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd cancel and find somewhere else.

The facilities are mostly good, but the comfort room and bathtub need better upkeep. Staff often seem unapproachable, like they're having a bad day, and rarely greet guests with a good morning. It may be better to avoid trying to talk to them early in the day. Facilities: A. Staff: F.

Even though we visited after the pandemic, the property was kept clean and presentable. Security did a particularly good job watching the area from the parking space to reception. It made our stay memorable.
