The strong Wi-Fi and location were the only real positives. There’s a good pizza place right outside, and Alona beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. I booked a private room, but the AC barely worked, and without the electric fan there wouldn’t have been enough air. There was no blanket, and towels cost extra. I’d have been fine with extra charges if the place had been well kept, but it didn’t seem that way. My room had bed bugs, and the toilet and shower rooms had cobwebs and little spiders. The shower area smelled like a septic tank. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and the accessibility doesn’t make up for it.

A basic hostel with small lockers and okay beds. It has the usual basic amenities, and the low-season price was fair. Breakfast was underwhelming, and I saw a huge rat in the lounge. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The female dorm was simple but comfortable, and the common area had a little kitchen station and places to sit and relax. Bathrooms were plentiful and nice, though they could have been cleaner. The hostel is in a great spot on the main road, close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

A decent budget option if you’re not planning to spend much time at the hostel. I stayed four days, and it’s quite close to Alona Beach. There was a pungent smell in the room and washroom, perhaps from sweat in the hot climate. Neither space seemed to have enough ventilation, and I didn’t notice staff using air fresheners or purification products.
