The wifi was strong, service was nice, and the price is good, so I liked the place and would recommend it as a budget stay. Still, the AC sounded like an engine and made it hard to sleep. The toilet made random dripping noises, and it and the bathroom were dirty. I saw cockroaches in our room and could hear what was happening in the hallway. The paint was peeling too. They should fix these things. This was room 302 in Tugeu, near Red Ribbon and Hotel George. I’d give it four stars.

The rates are affordable. We paid less than 900 per room per night for two people and two kids through Agoda, and the hotel is in the city center with establishments easy to reach. A few things could be better: there’s no lock on the comfort room, and they asked for a 500 deposit even though our stay was already paid. We could hear hallway noise from our room, and only a toothbrush was provided for toiletries.

It’s clean and the staff are friendly, with good Wi-Fi. You do have to get a new password from the front desk every 24 hours. Bring your own toiletries.

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the location is good. It’s an old hotel in the city center. I might have praised the nice furniture, but then I spotted small cockroaches in our room. Ewww!

It’s an older hotel, but the wood inside gives it a vintage feel. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The simple setup works well for a short stay.
